ZTE showcases next-generation autonomous network innovations at DTW 2025

ZTE Corporation, a global provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions and a key sponsor of Digital Transformation World (DTW) 2025, took centre stage at one of the telecom industry’s premier global events held from June 17 to 19 at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark. This year, ZTE unveiled a comprehensive suite of innovations aimed at accelerating the evolution toward artificial intelligence (AI)-powered, autonomous networks and sustainable intelligent connectivity.

At the forefront is the AIR Net solution, ZTE’s comprehensive framework for end-to-end network automation. Powered by multi-domain architecture and large-model capabilities, AIR Net enables real-time network awareness, intelligent analysis and adaptive service orchestration. It supports a wide range of high-value scenarios, delivering improvements in operational efficiency, fault management and user experience.

Another key highlight is the Cross-Domain Fault Monitoring Agent, which uses intelligent task planning and natural language assistance to reduce site visits and simplify troubleshooting processes.

ZTE’s autonomous network deployments have produced strong results across multiple regions, including enhanced maintenance efficiency, improved self-optimisation, faster fault recovery, and more effective disaster response.

In collaboration with the top-tier operator, ZTE also introduced an auto-tracking antenna unit that allows for real-time, remote-controlled beam adjustments. This solution has reduced manual work requirements and improved responsiveness to changing network traffic demands.

Furthermore, ZTE, together with other partners, won the Best Moonshot Catalyst: Attendees’ Choice Award at DTW 2025 with its AI-enabled system for vehicle-road-cloud collaboration – Phase II. This innovation integrates wireless and core network capabilities with AI and edge computing to deliver distinctive value-added services, enhancing both driving safety and traffic efficiency.
